Carefree accommodation

Maric Fastighet AB owns and manages apartments that can be rented out to both companies and private individuals.
The company’s idea is to provide ready-to-move-in apartments that you can live in without worries.
This means that the apartments are furnished, equipped with cleaning equipment, kitchen utensils and have wireless broadband, electricity and TV and other things that may be needed, are already included in the rent.
There is nothing added to the rent, and there are no agreements you need to sign yourself.

The apartments are usually rented out, but we are happy to accept spontaneous applications or inquiries or if you want to book an apartment later, we can have a dialogue about it.
