The company’s idea is to provide ready-to-move-in apartments that you can live in without worries. This means that the apartments are furnished, equipped with cleaning equipment, kitchen utensils and have wireless broadband, electricity and TV and other things that may be needed, already included in rent. That is, there is nothing added to the rent, and there are no agreements you need to sign yourself.
